To effectively carry out development priorities, the following objectives should
be considered:
- Optimum utilization of land and natural resources to increase agricultural
productivity and poultry and livestock production.
- Provision of adequate basic social services.
- Promotion and rehabilitation of forest lands, watershed areas and the
maintenance of environmental ecology.
- Rational population growth and distribution.
- Provide sufficient opportunities for better living conditions.
- Provide excellent performance.
- Ensure better quality education.
- Complete all infrastructure projects.
- Promote and develop livelihood projects.
- Create employment opportunities through the use of indigenous materials
available and abundant in the Municipality.
- Provide technical, financial and material assistance to marginal farmers.
- Conduct training workshops, symposia on appropriate farming technology
and other technical skills for the promotion of industrial and manufacturing related activities.
- Encourage massive food production.
- Promote strong cooperatives
